In a vast area of Barangay Granada, amid the music of woods and gusting hums of lorry, teeming in green meadows, is a 63 hectares parcel of land. In June 11, 2001, unknown to urbanism, SRDC clinched a naked haven where anybody’s dream is set to be fulfilled. Crafted by St. Rafael Development Corporation in building not just structures but as well as dwelling, here now rises another masterpiece – PROVIDENCE NEGROS, “A Dream Fulfilled.”
Providence Negros was born in 2007, the 3rd project of St. Rafael Development Corporation in Bacolod City. This introduced the “First Township Subdivision in Western Visayas”. Awed and admired by its world class landscaped and architectural designs, Providence Negros is a first of its kind subdivision aimed to provide every aspiring individual to acquire a home he deserves. Planned in a 6-Cluster subdivision, this proffers a person a choice that best suits his economic and social status, unblocking the door that a home is a right not just a privilege.
Situated in Burgos Extension, Barangay Granada, Bacolod City, this township subdivision spread its mission and vision of “Building Communities, Transforming Lives for the Greater Glory of God” in December 2008. This embarked the construction of houses in Cluster 1. Empowered by hard work, skills and goal, the development of the construction was achieved. Providence Negros, “We create to bless” was unveiled in September 2009 as families stepped into their homes. Indeed, dreams are fulfilled and the birth of a community started.
Cluster 1 showcased the collaboration of genuine hard work, perfectly joined together by world class experts in achieving one common goal – EXCELLENCE! Enveloped in finery and expertise, Cluster 1 of Providence Negros depicts the quality of the entire subdivision. An endeavor that seeks not just in building and selling houses, but also refuge. A home more than a structure of a four-cornered wall. An evident manifestation of how an undeveloped and unfilled parcel of land transformed into a dwelling place. Today, a number of 94 families are enjoying the blessings of this haven. As they breathe in from sunset to sunrise, Providence Negros is the witness of a transformed life. In a place where there is beauty, safety and security, managed community, and above all where dreams are made to reality, everybody is blessed!*
